Phoronix noterar att den h\u00f6gre graden av kontroll kan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/scan.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bero<\/a> p\u00e5 om ett Steam Deck k\u00f6rs p\u00e5 sitt batteri eller \u00e4r anslutet till AC.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Microsoft <a href=\"https:\/\/www.techspot.com\/news\/79258-microsoft-introduces-variable-rate-shading-directx-12-bringing.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">introducerade<\/a> VRS till DirectX 12 2019 som en prestationsbesparande funktion. I grund och botten kan det f\u00e5 ett spel att \u00e5terge olika delar av sk\u00e4rmen med olika niv\u00e5er av klarhet och precision beroende p\u00e5 hur viktiga de \u00e4r. Steam Deck's AMD Van Gogh APU kommer att aktivera detta som standard. Medan Pitoiset bekr\u00e4ftade att \u00e4ndringen \u00e4r avsedd att spara str\u00f6m, spekulerar Phoronix att detta kan till\u00e5ta VRS-hastigheten att \u00e4ndras mellan olika inst\u00e4llningar n\u00e4r Steam Deck \u00e4r p\u00e5 AC eller batteri.
